GSNC Girl Scout Cadette Spends National Girl Scout Cookie Day Being a Roving Reporter for GSUSA!!!

My Day Interviewing at National Girl Scout Cookie Day!!!   By Abby A. (the Girl Scout Cadette doing the interviewing... I'm also on the Tagalongs Box) On Friday February 8, 2013, I went into the city to be a roving reporter for National Girl Scout Cookie Day .   Unfortunately, it was the day we were expecting a blizzard.   My day began at about 5:30 in the morning.   That was when the car came, but I woke up at 4:34 in the morning. Our first stop was Fox & Friends .   The new Girl Scout Cookie Truck was there and they interviewed us in the truck.   My sister was also there, along with a Girl Scout troop from Brooklyn.   They were going to work the first cookie truck stop.   They were really nice.   After Fox & Friends, Regan (the other Girl Scout Roving Reporter... she's a Girl Scout from Greater New York) and I started interviewing people on the street. February 8 is National Girl Scout Cookie Day!

Today is National Girl Scout Cookie Day!! For the last couple of days, you have probably been hearing a lot about Girl Scout Cookies, especially this morning.   Well that is because TODAY has been declared National Girl Scout Cookie Day and it is our goal to let the world know that Girl Scout Cookies aren’t just yummy! Friday, February 8 th , 2013 has been declared National Girl Scout Cookie Day ! Girl Scouts and Non-Girl Scouts alike can join in on the fun and festivities on National Girl Scout Cookie Day! Girl Scouts can c elebrate with us by hosting a Cookie Booth Sale, a Cookie Walkabout, or simply going door-to-door that day with your Girl Scout Cookie Order Form. Not a Girl Scout, well you can still participate in the day’s festivities.
