Girl Scout Sunday, Girl Scout Sabbath and Girl Scout Shabbat in Girl Scouting’s Second Century - 2013 It is hard to believe that we are now entering our second century as an organization that promotes building courage, confidence and character in girls; teaching lessons which will stay with her while she embarks on her life journey and promoting female leadership. To celebrate Girl Scouting and all the lessons learned, Girl Scout Week is celebrated. Starting with Girl Scout Sunday and ending with Girl Scout Sabbath, the week filled with fun activities , lessons, birthday celebrations , also includes the Girl Scout Birthday on March 12 th .
